Our creative department is the pulse of the agency—and we’re looking for a full-time Copywriter who brings energy, curiosity, and sharp ideas to the table. You’ll contribute heavily to concept development and campaign execution across projects big and small. Supported by a team of talented creatives, you’ll also be trusted to manage your own workload, balance deadlines, and deliver work that doesn’t just look good—but works hard.
You’re passionate about advertising. You understand the power of a smart, well-crafted idea. You listen well, take feedback like a pro, and know how to elevate your craft with every project.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
2+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency preferred
Multicultural and/or African American segment experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and the broader creative team
Craft strong, consistent copy across media: broadcast, digital, OOH, social, web, and more
Develop ideas that align with brand voice and established guidelines
Create breakthrough, results-driven work—no matter the format (Social, Digital, Print, TV, Video, Identity)
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines with focus and efficiency
Approach projects with both creative insight and business strategy
Present your work clearly, confidently, and with purpose
Take and apply feedback effectively internal or client
Contribute positively to a collaborative, inspiring, and fast-paced creative environment
Jump in where needed; no task is too small when it comes to great work
What You Bring:
Conceptual strength with a flair for both short-form and long-form writing
A solid understanding of digital and social platforms (IG, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
Ability to write in various voices and tones depending on the brand
A proactive, organized approach—you manage your time and energy well
Excellent editing skills and obsessive attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Job Summary
We are seeking an art director who’s obsessed with ideas that change the game for brands who make change. A change maker who synthesizes problems and produces answers in the form of great creative, brings innovative ideas to the table that help build awareness, broadens reach, strengthens brand-consumer ties, and deepens market penetration. A creative who is committed to their craft and is a conceptual powerhouse.

You create real connections, solve real problems, and deliver meaningful ideas to our clients’ audiences.
Who You Are:
An idea person who uses a creative brief as a compass, but has the ingenuity to discover new paths to the right solution. Because great creative isn’t always right, but the right creative is always great.
What you do:
Concept, art direct, and design everything imaginable and then some. Succeed as part of the pack, as a lone wolf, or with your copywriter partner. Find opportunities to make great work on projects large and small. Create brilliant presentations to sell your ideas. Pitch your work internally and to clients.
Art directs photo and video shoots. Use internal and client feedback to make work even better. Navigate multiple projects, deadlines, people and personalities without sacrificing quality of work or character.

What You Bring to the Table:
2-4 years of advertising experience and the skills to match
Production experience
Confidence presenting your ideas internally and to clients
An online book (portfolio) with multiple examples of art directions and concepting, including produced work
A thirst for learning and a commitment to agency culture
An obsession for design, typography and photography theory
A self-starter with an infectious work ethic
A love of advertising and an awareness for all the latest and greatest work
Enough cultural fluency to make work that connects with a diverse range of people and an eagerness to learn more
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator BONUS POINTS for Adobe After Effects,
Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D
Ability/Flexibility to fulfill other duties as assigned
