Whole Cities Foundation \ Healthy Food for All.

In the US, more than 23 million people live in communities with limited access to fresh, healthy food. Through a community-led approach, Whole Cities Foundation offers grants to nonprofits with food access projects like urban farms, mobile markets and community gardens which provide affordable produce close to home.

To date, we’ve collaborated with Whole Foods Whole Cities Foundation to create two podcast episodes, the first highlighting two grant partners and their efforts to make fresh, healthy food accessible in their communities. The second features renowned nutrition scientist Dr. Akua Woolbright detailing her Let’s Talk Food program and reiterating the inherent benefits of all communities having access to a consistent whole foods, plant-based diet.
